FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition

for Adoption filed in this cause by the Petitioners; ROBERT-A. HANDY
and DONNA JEAN HANDY, Husband and Wife, and the Consents having been-
-
obtained by the natural father, and by the minor child, MICHELLE
LYNNE RICHARDS, being more than 12 years of age, consents to the adop-
tion herein sought by the Petitioner, ROBERT A. HANDY, and it appearing #

to the Court that the Petitioner, ROBERT A. HANDY, is a fit and proper

person to adopt said minor children, namely, MICHELLE LYNN RICHARDS;
and KELLY ANN RICHARDS, and that the-best interests of said children {
would be promoted by the adoption, and the children are suitable for
adoption by the Petitioner, ROBERT A. HANDY, and being otherwise fully
III advised in the premises, it is thereupon:

f~ - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the children named herein are declared

to be the legal children of the Petitioner, ROBERT. A. HANDY; that MICHELLE
! LYNN RICHARDS is hereby given the name ofIIMICHELLE~YNN HANDY, .and BELLY
~ ANN RICHARDS is hereby given the name of M~E HANDY, by which
-names they shall hereafter be known; that said children, upon the entry -
hereof, are and shall be hereafter the children and legal heirs of the
Petitioner, ROBERT A. HANDY, and entitled to all rights and privileges
and subject to all obligations as though they were the natural born
children of said Petitioner.
