FINAL JUDGMENT
This matter is before the Court pursuant to the Order to
Show Cause issued on September 24, 1980. The Court has considered
the pleadings and the evidence and , being fully advised in these mat-
e ters, finds as follows:
p 1. Plaintiff is authorfzed to commence these proceedfngs
pursuant to Chapter 75 , Florida Statutes ; the Complaint fully complies
with the requirements of Chapter 75, Florida Statutes; and the Court
properly has jurisdiction over this cause .

2 . Proper notice of this action has been given by publica-
tion of the Order to Show Cause in the Fort Pierce News Tribune, a
newspaper published and of general circulation in St. Lucie County,
Florida, as required by Section- 75.06, Florida Statutes.
3. Plaintiff is a public body corporate and politic of the
State of Florida, duly created and validly existing under and pursuant

to the Florida Housing Finance Authority Law, Part IV, Chapter 159,_ _
Florida Statutes, as amended (the "Act"), and Ordinance No. 80-3,
