HomeMy WebLinkAbout1696 7. Pursuant to the Act, Plaintiff on September 23. 1980,
adopted Resolution No. 80-1 (the "Enabling Resolution") providing for
_ the issuance of not exceeding ;25,000,000 Housing Finance Authority of
St. Lucie County, Florida, Collateralized Loans-to-Lenders Revenue
Bonds, 1980 Series A (the "Loans-to-Lenders Bonds"), and not exceed-
ing ;25,000,000 Housing Finance Authority of St. Lucie County,
Florida, Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds (Multiple Originators
and Servicers), 1980 Series A (the "Mortgage Loan Bonds"). The
Loans-to-Lenders Bonds and the Mortgage Loan Bonds will be referred
to herein collectively as the "Bonds." A certified copy of the Enabling
Resolution, embodying a proposed form of a Trust Indenture with
respect to the Loans-to-Lenders Bonds ("Indenture I") and a separate
Trust Indenture with respect to the Mortgage Loan Bonds
("Indenture II") , the Loan Agreement (the _ "Loan Agreement") , the
Issuer's Program Guidelines attached thereto as Exhibit A (the "Guide-
lines") , the Offer to Originate and Service Single .Family Mortgage
Loans (each such offer being referred to individually as .the "Offer"
and collectively as the "Offers") and the Single Family Program Financ-
ing Agreement (the "Financing Agreement") was introduced into evi-
l dente at -the final hearing .

' 8. The Enabling Resolution provides that the Loans-to-
Lenders Bonds and the Mortgage Loan Bonds may be issued concur-
~ rently, separately or in ~ the alternative, but all such Bonds shall not
exceed, in the aggregate, ;25,000,000 without a separate authorizing ~

resolution. The Bonds shall be issued as coupon bonds, registrable as ~

to principal only, in the denomination of ;5,000 each, and in the form
of registered bonds without coupons, in the denomination of ;5,000 each
or any multiple thereof . The Bonds of each type shall be numbered
consecutively beginning with number 1. The amount of Bonds to be
issued (not to exceed ;25,000,000), the date of issue, the interest rates
(not to exceed 150 basis points over the 20 "bond buyer" Average Yield
