ORDER
- This cause having came on before this court on the 20th day of
October, 1980 and the court having-heard the testimony of the parties and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises it is hereupon - - -
ORDEREa AMID AATiDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, ANN IF.E CALDWEI~., shall have temporary care, custody and
control of the minor children of the par-ties subject to the reasonable visitation
rights of the Husband.
2. It is in the best interest of the wife and the minor children of the
.parties that the wife-and minor children have~the sole use and possession of the
marital home located at 313 South 21st Street, Fart Pierce, Florida and the husband

j is ordered to vacate the marital residence on ar before Wechesday, October 22, 1980
C at 5:00 p.m.
~ 3. -That any and all items of personal property-which have been removed
from the marital home since the date of the separation of the parties shall be returned
immediately and that no personal property shall be destroyed or disposed of pending
the final hearing in this matter.
4. That the husband shall have the sole temporary use and possession of
the 1975 Pontiac Statianwagon automobile.
5. Based upon the stipulation of the parties the Flusband shall pay temporary
child st~pozt in the amamt of $30.00 each week begitming-on the 24th day of October,
1980.
Each payment shall be made to the clerk of this Court and by him re-
mitted promptly to ANN LEE CAID~JEIL. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
$2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All paymerZts
shall be made in cash, money order ar cashier's check, -Both the parties are ordered to
~ keep the Cleric of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
