quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy, and enjoy said lord, and every part thereof; that the land is and will remain free from all encum-

PROVIDED ALWAYS, and these presents are executed and delivered upon the following conditions, to wit:
The mortgagor agrees to pay the mortgagee, or order, the principal sum of

principal and interest are fully paid, except that the feral payment of principal and interest, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on

stipulations, agreements, conditions, and covenants of acid promissory note and of this mortgage, then this mortgage and the estate hereby
created shall ease and be null and void.

to one or more monthly payments on the principal that are next due oa the note, on the first day of any month prior to maturity:
