Kegley dnd . - F i Sallie Kegl ey, his wife dated September 14th 19 78 ,and recorded in the public records of St. LUCie County, Florida, in Q, R, Book 294 on page 2367 ,securing the payment of the sum of Thirty One Thousand Nine kundred and No/100 Dollars (531 ,900.00 ) covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and loth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to cancel the same of record. .
