Petitioner has made distribution to herself as
Executor of the estate of the above named decedent in
California, Letters Testamentary having been issued to her:
in the Superior Court of the State of California, for the
County of Los_Angeles, being Case No. P- 630780, of
the assets of this estate, as follows:
(1) $217,435:56 (being decedent's net share of
the balance~of principal and interest under
. Sale Agreement with Henry Albers dated
December 26, 1973);
(2) $201,004.00 (being the net cash portion of
proceeds of sale of decedent's interest in

160 acres of citrus groves, St. Lucie County,
Florida); plus -
(3) $37,500.00 share of a Promissory Note dated
November 30, 1979, in the face amount of
$325,000.00, executed by D.R. Richardson, .
Marjorie H. Richardson, Joe L. Davis, Jr.,
Gloria C. Davis, and Davis Enterprises, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, in favor of Stanley H.
