I, FRANCES S. DE LONG, a resident of 1100 Northeast 25th
Street, Cresthsven, Pompano Beach, Broward County, Florida, being
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby, make, publish and
declare this~to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
and all wills and codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I do desire that as soon after ntY demise as may
be convenient, all my ~uat debts be paid.
SECOND: I do hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my.
estate, whether-real, personal or mixed, of every kind and nature
and wheresoever situate, unto my husband, VERNON DE LONG, should he
survive me.
THIRD: In the event my said husband should predecease
me .or we should die of a common calamity or accident, I do give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate, whether real, personal or
mixed and wheresoever situate, unto my daughters, DOROTHY F. LINK,
39 Surrey Road, Massapequa,. Long Island, New York, and EVELYN D.
aREENE, 1422 Charles Road, Fort Myers, Florida, share and share

FOURTH: I do nominate, constitute and appoint my
husband, VERNON DE LONG, as Executor of this, my Laat Will and
~ Testament, and direct that no bond or other surety be required of
him in such capacity, and further direct that he shall have the
power of sale or other disposition of assets, whether real or
personal, in his absolute discretion and without order of Court.
In the event my~said husband should predecease me or we should die _
~ of a common calamity or accident, I hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint, with like powers, as alternate Executrix, my daughter,
DOROTHY F. LINK, and she likewise shall serve without bond or
