he is the father of the decedent and has been selected as
preference to act by the decedent's mother.
. 6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this Estate are:

of money loaned by decedent -

. 7. A Disposition of Personal Property without Adminis-
tration was filed herein on or about October 9, 1979. wherein
~ certain property of .the decedent in the approximate amount of j
$1,753.91 was distributed to the Petitioner as reimbursement
for funeral expenses.

~ 8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence,

Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of
decedent. ~
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that he be appointed
~ personal representative of the Estate of the decedent and that
no bond be required.
