dent based upon the Petitioner's allegation that Respondent was in arrears in his
payments for support as-provided by Order of this Court, and it now appearing to
the Court that the Respondent has remitted to the Clerk all sums alleged to be due {
from him at this. time, plus Court Costs, now, therefore, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of Contempt issued be and the same~is
hereby dismissed.
DONS AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
