The Petition of RICHARD E. BERGDORF alleges:
1. EVELENA C. BERGDORF, late of Onondaga County,

State of New York, died on February 28, 1960, leaving a last
will dated May 16, 1958, which was duly proved and admitted F
to probate and recorded in the Surrogate's Court of Onondaga
County, State of New York, a court of probate jurisdiction,
on March 21, 1960.

2. That said will complies with the laws of Florida f

as to form and manner of execution and devises real property in
this county.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the will and the
I, petition for probate and the order admitting them to probate are

filed with this petition.

years before the filing of this petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks for an Order admitting the
