BERGDORF, late of Onondaga County, I State of New York, died on February 28, 1960, leaving a last will dated May 16, 1958, which was duly proved and admitted F to probate and recorded in the Surrogate's Court of Onondaga County, State of New York, a court of probate jurisdiction, on March 21, 1960. F 2. That said will complies with the laws of Florida f 3 as to form and manner of execution and devises real property in this county. 3.
