LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
EVELENA C. BERGDORF
I, EVELENA C. BERGDORF, residing at 13 Charles
Street, City of Cortland, County of Cortland, State of
New York, being of sound mind and memory and knowing full
well the uncertainties of this life do make, publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament.
FIRST: I direct that my Executor hereinafter
named pay and discharge all my just debts, funeral and
testamentary expenses as soon after my decease as practical.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, both real and personal, wheresoever situate,
including that to which I may become equitably entitled
after my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved
son, RICHARD E. BERGDORF, residing at Floral Park Trailer
Park, 1701 State Fair Boulevard, Syracuse, New York, to
have and to hold as his absolutely and forever.

THIRD: I hereby nominate and constitute my

beloved son, RICHARD E. BERGDORF, to be Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament and direct that he be permitted to
~ serve without the necessity of posting a bond.
FOURTH: In order to best effectuate the pro-

visions of this instrument my Executor shall have the power
at any time, either by public offering or private negotiations,
and from time to time, and for such price and on such terms
and for such security for de€erred payaoent as to him may
