OF WILL TO RECORD
THIS CAUSE was heard before this Court on the matter of
probate of the last will of EVELENA C. BERGDORF, late of Onondaga
County, State of New York, and it appearing to the satisfaction
of the Court that the last will has been duly admitted to probate
and record in the Surrogate's Court of Onondaga County, State of_
New York, a court of probate jurisdiction;-the will complies with
the laws of Florida as to form and manner of execution and devises
real property in this county; the death of the Testatrix occurred
more than three years ago; there has been no probate of the will
in Florida; and that a duly authenticated copy of the will has
been filed in this Court for probate and record, accompanied by
t duly authenticated copies ,of the Petition for probate and order

admitting them to probate in the proper Court of the domiciliary
state, it therefore is

ADJUCGED that the will dated May 16, 1958 admitted to
probate in the Surrogate's Court of Onondaga County, State of New
York, on March 21, 1960, is admitted by duly authenticated copies
from that court to probate and record in this court, as the last.
will of EVELENA C. BERGDORF.
