Brooks, Jr., deceased, by and through his undersigned attorneys, and hereby moves this Court for an Amended Order Authorizing Sale of ce~rtai~. real property which is an asset of this estate, and in support i thereof would show as follows: 1. James H. Brooks, Jr „ died testate on July 26, 1980, i seized and possessed of certain real property located in St. i Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, of GOLF VIEW SUBDIVISION, less .the South 15 feet thereof, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 36, St. Lucie County, Florida. 2. The approximate fair market value on the above-described k ' real_ property, including improvements, is $~:5,000.00. i 3. Said real property is not subject to specific devise E in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. i ~ 4. The Personal Representative, JOHN C. BROOKS, is also the sole residuary beneficiary of the estate of the decedent. S.
