6. The Last Will and Testament of the decedent provides
in Paragraph "FOURTH" B, 8)" that with regard to real and per-

sonal property the Personal Representative shall have .the power
of sale in such manner and on such terms as the Fersonal Repre-
sentative shall deem advisable.
WHEREFORE, JOHN C. BROOKS, as the duly qualified and acting
Personal Representative of the Estate of James H. Brooks, Jr.,
prays that this Court enter an order cancelling the Order
Authorizing Sale previously entered herein and authorizing the
sale of the above-described real property, together with improve-
ments located thereon, for a purchase price of $44,400.00, payable
in cash at closing.
