Autho~ing Sale filed herein by John C. Brooks, as the duly
qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of
James H. Brooks, Jr., deceased, and the Court having considered
said motion and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Order Authorizing Sale pre-
. viously entered herein on August 22, 1980, be, and the same is
hereby cancelled. It is further

E ORDERED and ADJUDGED that sale of the following described

improvements located thereon, for a purchase price of $44,400.00,
payable in cash at closing, be, and the same is hereby authorized:-
