O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on this date to be heard upon the Petition
for Partial Distribution, filed herein by Personal Representative, the
Court finding that the estate assets have been marshalled, with the ex-
ception of certain real property located in East Germany, that all of
the debts of decedent have been paid, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Personal Representative be,
and it is hereby, authorized to make partial distribution of decedent's ~
