ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL, co-Personal
Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER, deceased, for leave
to sell certain property described in the petition coming on this
day~to be heard; and it appearing to the court that it is to the
best interest of the estate that said property be sold at private
sale to the parties and under the terms set out in said petition;
and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said PHILIP DESIND and JULIA
SMALL, co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER,
be and they are hereby authorized to sell the estate's interest in
the following described property at private sale:
The NW's of the SW~, less 5.52 acres in the NW corner and
less tracts to Hazellief and Bernard, and less the West
~ 33 feet for road right-of-way .in Section 31, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie ,County, Florida. (More
particularly described on Schedule "A" attached to said
Petition.)
Said sale shall be made to JESSE HAMILTON and INEZ HAMILTON, his wife,
for Fifty-Three Thousand ($53,000.00) Dollars cash.
This Order entered in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida .
