WHEREAS, ROBERT H. NETHERY, late of St. Lucie County,
Florida, died testate on August 20, 1980, having at the time of

his death various goods, chattels and credits within St. Lucie

County, Florida; and -

WHEREAS, it appears to the undersigned Circuit Judge
i
that a Curator is necessary to take charge of the goods, chattels
and credits of the decedent in order that they may be well
preserved, kept and administered, in accordance with Orders of {
j
this Court, until a personal representative is appointed; and

. WHEREAS, VINCENT A. LLOYD, the Curator appointed by an ~ j

Order of this Court, has given bond, taken the oat?: prescribed ~ I

I by law, designated a resident agent and performed all other t
f acts necessary to entitle him to Letters of Curatorship as the i

legally qualified Curator of the Estate of ROBERT H. NETHERY,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, by virtue of the power and
authority vested in me by law, do grant to VINCENT A. LLOYD the
Curatorshi of the Estate, until a ersonal re resentative can

be appointed, with full power to collect and preserve the

goods, chattels and credits that belonged to the decedent in

his lifetime and at the time of his death; to ask, sue for and ~
recover and receive these assets for the purpose of turning ~ ,

over and delivering them to the legally appointed and qualified
