The Petitioner, MARTIN J. HACKER, JR., alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the named personal representative. Petitioner's
name and address is: MARTIN J. HACKER, JR., 118 Garden
Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, and the name and address of
Petitioner's attorneys are as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, MARY HACKER, whose last known address
was 2114 Golfview Court, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, whose age
was 64 years, and whose social security number is 158-14-0391,
died on October 13, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at
the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
