Decedent's spouse, MARTIN J. HACKER, SR., predeceased
the decedent and died on June 17, 1979. A copy of his death

certificate is filed herewith.

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because ~
decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. MARTIN J. HACKER, JR., whose address is set forth
above and who is qualified under. the laws of Florida to serve

as personal representative of the decedent's estate is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal repre-
sentative because he is the appointed personal representa-
tive under CLAUSE IV of decedent's Last Will.

6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are:
Real estate having a value of less than $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated
February 27, 1967, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will ~
be admitted to probate and that he be appointed personal "
representative of the estate of the decedent.
