LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY HACKER - Page Two
CLAUSE IV: I hereby nominate and appoint my hus-
band, MARTIN J. HACKER, as Executor of this Will, to serve
without bond, and in the event he shall die, resign, or be
unable for any reason to act as such, then I name and ap-
point my son, MARTIN J. HACKER, JR., as Executor, to serve
without bond, and in the event my said son shall die, resign,
or be unable for any reason to act as such, then I name and
appoint my daughter, SHARON HACKER PARKER, as Executrix, to
serve without bond.
My Executor or Executrix, as the case may be, is
invested with full power and authority to sell, convey,
transfer and assign any and all personal property and any
and all real estate belonging to my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and seal, this 27th day of February, 1967.
