profit corporation, does hereby authorize transfer of Unit No. 709
from DAVID WALSH and MADELEINE M. WALSH, his wife, unto .
EDWARD PERTILE and VICTORIA PERTILE, his wife , and by the ex-
ecu~tion and delivery of this Consent, waives any right of~first re-
fusal to purchase.
