TRUSTEES' DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ r'~ day of October, 1980,
between O. C. PETERSON and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
BANK (formerly known as St. Lucie County Bank), Fort Pierce,
Florida, as Trustees under the Will of Flem C. Dame, deceased,
GRANTORS, and WILLIAM H. THOMPSON and MARY A. THOMPSON, his
wife, .whose mailing address is 4855 South Indian River Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, GRANTEES.
WITNESSETH: That said Flem C. Dame died in Fort Pierce,
Florida on September 30, 1965, and possessed of the property
hereinafter described, and left a Last Will and Testament in
which he named O. C. PETERSON and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
(formerly known as St. Lucie County Bank), Fort Pierce, Florida,
as Trustees, under said Last Will and Testament, which was
admitted to probate in the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, by an Order dated October 4, 1965, and said
testamentary trustees were appointed as such trustees on May 2,
1966, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Chancery No. 9100-E.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to them in
hand paid, the receipt of whitch is hereby acknowledged, GRANTORS
have granted, bargained, sold, and transferred unto GRANTEES
herein and their heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
parcel of land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the west line of the ~
_ SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section,35, Township 35 ~~Y, _
South, Range 40 East, which point is 1155.36 feet
North of the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4.- ~
of said section; thence run North along said West
line 100 feet; thence run .East parallel with the - F
section line to the shore of the Indian River;

correct that certain crror_ ir. the legal descrigtior,
contained in that certain trustees' deed recorded in -
O. R. Book 171, Page 2518, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances with every privilege, right, title, interest
and estate, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME in fee simple forever.
