Notion to Enforce the Stipulated Settlement and Order Adopting,
Confirming and Ratifying Stipulated Settlement and the Court
having considered this Motion and Plaintiff's Affidavits in
Support of this Motion and being advised that Plaintiff has
~ released to Defendants the North 300 feet of the subject property
f ~ in accordance with the terms of the subject Stipulated
I Settlement= and being otherwise duly advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction over the
