in accordance with the terms of said Stipulated Settlement and
that Plaintiff, MEREDITH G. KETTLEWELL, is entitled to this
Final Judgment of Foreclosure against said Defendants as a
matter of law;
3. There is due to Plaintiff, MEREDITH G. KETTLEWELL,
to date, from Defendants, WILLIAM J. DENLER, II and JON H. BERKEY,
Individually and as Co-Trustees, the sums of $193,493.82 '
representing principal, $1,52b.72 representing interest on
the principal at 18X per year from October 15, 1980, $20,000.00
for unpaid,agreed attorneys fees and ~ ~ for
additional attorneys fees and costs incurred in securing this i
Final Judgment, for a total due and owing from said Defendants
to Plaintiff o~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 7. -3~
4. A lien is held by Plaintiff for the total sum
specified in paragraph 3 above plus interest on said total sun
in the amount of 18X per year from this date, which lien is

superior in dignity to any right, title,interest or claim of
any Defendants upon the mortgaged property herein foreclosed,
which property is situated in St. Lucie County, Florida and
described in Exhibit A attached hereto;
5. If the aforesaid total sum due Plaintiff
together with the aforesaid interest and all costs of this

" proceeding incurred after the entry of this Final Judgment,
plus interest, are not forthwith paid to Plaintiff, the Clerk

of tais Court shall sell the subject property described in
Exhibit A hereof, in accordance with the terms of this Final
Judgment;
6. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property i
described in "Exhibit A" hereof at a p ~lic sale at 11:00 o'clock
