9. Upon confirmation of the sale described above,
whether by the Clerk filing the Certificate of Title herein,
or by Order of this Court ruling upon objections to the sale,
the Plaintiff and Defendant, and any and all persons claiming
by, through or under them or any of them ~ehall be forever barred
and foreclosed of and from all right, title, interest, claim or
demand in equity or right or redemption is and to the property
described herein;
10. The Court retains ~uriadiction of this cause and
all parties hereto to enter any further Orders as are proper
including, without limitation, Writs of Assistance and Deficiency
Judgments.
