The South 529.30 feet of the North 829.30 feet
of the following described real estate:
The North 3000 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
of Section 32, Township 35 South, Raage 41, East,
the same being a strip of laad 3000 feet measured
from North to South extending from the North line
of Section 32 and bounded on the Bast by the
Atlantic Ocean and on the West by the Indian River,
the South line of said tract being bounded by a
line parallel to and 3000 feet South of the North '
boundary line of said Section 32, together with
all littoral and riparian rights, if any, apper-
taining to the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River;
EXCEPTING therefrom the right of way for State
Road A-1-A as now constructed and maintained or
as described in Section 94050-2107, according to
the right of way map of said road recorded in
Map Book 1, at pages 33 and 34, in the office of
the Clerk of Circuit Court, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
