NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of

Case ;~o. 79-433 CA of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein
MEREDITH G~ KETTLEWELL is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. DENLER, IY
and JON H. BERKEY, Individually and as Co-Trustees, etc., et al.,
are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and beat bidder for

The South 529.310 feet of the -North 829.30 feet
of the following described real estate:
The North 3000 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 ~
of Section 32, Township 35 South, Range 41, East, ~
the same being a strip of land 3000 feet measured
from North to South extending from the North line
of Section 32 and bounded on the East by the
Atlantic Ocean and on the West by the Indian River,
the South line of said tract being bounded by a

boundary line of said Section 32, together with
