of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as .follows:
1.` DefendanUs Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and Plaintiff shall
have from twenty (20) days of the date of this Order within which to
file and Amended Complaint .
2. defendants' Motion to Compel More Specific Answers to
"Interrogatories is GRANTED and Plaintiff shall supply more specific
answers to its Interrogatories Nos. 25, 26 and 27 within twenty ,(20)
