THIS MATTER CAME to be heard upon the Defendants' JACK L.
MCGOWAN, M.D., and FLORIDA PHYSICANS INSURANCE RECIPROCAL, Motion to Amend
to Add Additional Affirmative Defenses and the Court having examined
said Motion and the Affirmative Defense VII attached thereto and having
heard the argument of Counsel and being duly advised in the premises does
now therefore grant said motion. It is therefore,
- CONSIDERED, ORDERED-AND ADJUDGE, that the Defendants, JACK
L. MCGOWAN, M.D., and FLORIDA PHYSICANS INSURANCE RECIPROCAL, may amend -
'I their previously filed Answer to the Amended Complaint and Affirmative
j Defenses by adding thereto Affirmative Defense VII and said Affirmative

Defense VII, which was attached to the Motion to Amend to Add Additional
Affirmative Defenses is deemed filed as of the date of this Order. -
