MOTION TO REINSTATE PETITIONER AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Petitioner, NAOMI SMITH, by and through her undersigned attorney,
moves the Court to re-open her as Personal Representative in the above-
captioned Estate, and as grounds therefor will show:
,1. That on or about January 7, 1980, this Court entered an
Order Removing Petitioner-as Personal Representative, for failure
to file a Final Accounting and a Petition for Discharge with Tax
Release.
2. That during all times relevant here, the Estate coulr not
be terminated and a Final Accounting filed, for reasons that there is
certain Real Property in said Estate and Petitioner was attempting to
sell said real property to satisf the debts and other char es u on

the Estate.
3. That since the time the Order was entered, Petitioner has

found a buyer and will petition the Court to sell said land in order
~ ~ ~
~ to terminate this Estate.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner moves the Court for an Order Reinstating
her as Personal Representative and reinstating Letters of Administra-
tion heretofore issued.
