SHORT FORM OF MORTGAGE
This Mortgage, dated the 31st day of October A. D. 19 80 , by and between
JOSEPH W. MAYR and PAMELLA J. YR his wife

hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of S t . Luc i e
and State of Florida, described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, thence run Northerly 80.00
fee to the Point of Begi~.nirg. Thence continue Northerly along the East _
line of Lots 9 and 10, a distance of 80.00 feet to a point, thence run
Westerly 157.79 feet to a point which is 6.90 feet South of the inter-
section of Lots 5, 6 and 9, thence run Southerly parallel to the East
line of Lot 9, a d'estanee of 80.00 feet to a point, thence run Easterly
157.79 feet to the Point of Beginning. Ail of the above described lying
in and being a part of Block 173-A, Unit 12-A, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION,
as per the-plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11,Page 35, 36 and 37, of
the Public RecorJs of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits tuttil default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
i The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to
E said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the

principal sum of Forty-seven Thousand Five Hundred t: 00/l~ollars, payable in monthly install-
manta to principal and interest of ~ 525.46 starting on the 1St day of Decemb°r -
~ 19 80 ,and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the 1st - day of November ~
€ ~ 2010 . or any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other indebtedness or liability that
may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be
complied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
I form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
shall be void and released at the eapense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official Records of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Records Volume and at the
page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevard,
Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9,1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
