between JOHNSON AND JOHNSON BUILDERS, INC., organized and existin;
• under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called "VENDOR",
and Brice D. & Barbara A. Wallace, h~ , hereinafter called "VENLEE"
WITNESSETH: That the Vendor, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar (=1.00) and other valuable considerations paid by Velidee
to Vendor, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
sold, transferred and confirmed, and by this indenture does grant,
sell, transfer and conform unto the Vendee, the heirs of the Vendee,
Doat llocking Area 4 , at KITCHING COVE ESTATES per drawink, below.

apertaining;
ALSO Vendor will provide electric panel with provision for
individual space metering. Electric service to individual sYacea
will be the responsiblity of that space owner.
ALSO Vendor shall provide water service to dock spaces and all
will be on a common meter.

ALSO Vendor shall approve any and all dock boxes or dock use

facilities before installation.
EACH owner shall own a One Tenth interest.
TO HAVE AN') TO HOLD the same unto Vendee.
