KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by JdtReS L. Mitchell and
Williams, a widow
Ernestine Mitchell, his wife and Ella Marie dated September 13 19 71 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. LUCi a County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 196 on page
1687 , securinet the payment of the suit of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100--------------
Dollars (56,500.00
covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Vice President
