This cause came on before this Court on the 27th day
of October, 1980, upon the Defendants' request for continuance,
the Defendants stating that additional time was required for
them to obtain counsel. The Court having considered said
motion, and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the motion be, and the same is
- hereby granted, and the trial of this cause be, and the same
is hereby continued beyond October 27, 1980. It is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this cause be, and the same
is hereby reset for trial for Janua 5 1981 1:30 P No. 7
