PAINTING, and the Defendant, HARVEY LOVETT, in the above-styled
cause, by and through their undersigned attorneys, stipulate
as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff, C.E.M. ENTERPRISES, INC., d/b/a
SUNSHINE PAINTING, be given leave to amend its
Complaint filed herein.
2. That the Amended Complaint will add as defendants,
GREENLEAF PRODUCTS, INC., a Florida corporation

' and JIM POWELL, d/b/a FORT PIERCE AMOCO SERVICE.
