THIS CAUSE having come on this day to be heard, and
upon agreement between the attorneys for the Husband and the Wife
' and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause shall be trans-
ferred to the County of Indian River and the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby ordered to make
said transfer.
IT IS FURTHER~ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife,
MARGARET B. DURWIN, shall have ten (10) days from the notice of
said transfer in which. to file appropriate sub equent pleadings.
