Comes now Brad Culverhouse, Attorney at Law, Chartered,

and moves this court to enter an order permitting said law firm
to withdraw as the attorney for the defendants and to substitute
in said law firms place the law firm of Lloyd and Brown, Attorney's
at Law, and the movant further shows that as set forth hereinafter
that the defendants, the movant law firm and the-law firm of Lloyd
and Brown have all agreed to same.
