to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 25,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that

certain indenture of mortgage dated November 27, 1979, from Floyd
Newbold, an unremarried widower, to Harris Construction Corporation,
a Florida corporation, which said indenture or mortgage is recorded

in O. R. Book 321 at page 1195 of the public records of St. Lucie

County, Florida.
