WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN

and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, the following describ-

~ This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.

matters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of

4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and ~
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land.
'The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
~ heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
_ ~ hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, ~
~ through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of ~
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
