PARTIAL RELEASE OF MOR'PGAGE LIEN
WHEREAS, IiUTC111NSON ISLAND 1.11ilITED, INC., a Delaware
co: poration authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor;' by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto 'I'IiE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CIi1CAG0, e national banking association,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and its assigns, ttre premises aid property therein
particulrirly described to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mcntiorred with interest thereon:
:Mortgage given by HUTCHiNSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC., as
:?lortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NA1'IONA[. E3ANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record Book 332, at Page 1703, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
!1lillion Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book. 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded iri Official Record
Book 332, at Page 1?21, all of said documents filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June S, 1980; and in
addition, aUCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on Jurie 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between skid parties; and
lti'HEREAS, the said ti7ortgage has rec;uested the said Mortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a rrt of said
Mortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said :Mortgage
and other liens: _
NO«', THEREFORE, KhON' YE, that the said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises. and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other goad
and valuabie considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at thc~ time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
. does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, ar-d discharge from the lien and
operation of said iortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
