PARTIAL RELEASE OF NOR'TGAGE LIEN
IVHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC., a Delaware
corporation authori2ed to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto THE F1RSC NA'CIONAL BANK OF CHIC;AGU, a national banking association,
!~ereinafter called "1?iartgogce" and its assigns, the rremises and property therein
particularly described to secure the pay?nent of the sum of money hereinafter
cne~tioned ?vith interest thereon:

ti9urtg~gur, in favor of THE FIRST NATION~II. f1ANK OF CHIC_'1G0, as ~ioctgag~~e,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record Book 332, at Page 1?03, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. in the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven hundred Thousand Dollars (E12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book 33'l, at
Page 17?8, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1?35, and UCC--1 Financing Statement recorded in Offlcial Record
Book 33'l, at Page 1721, all of said documents filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 120?244, between said parties; and
WIiEREAS, the said liortgage has requested the said Mortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a pact of said
Mortgage, and encumbered premises, from tine liens and operation of said Mortgage
ar~d other liens;
I~01Y, 'I'lIERI;FORE, KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (=10.00) and other good
and valusb!e considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at the tirt~c of the execution hereof, the receipt ~hhereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-eftiim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
Jinrt;agor, its successors rind assigns that certain Qortion of the premises conveyed
