to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December 22, 1978, and recorded
in Official Records Book 300, page 2023; Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, for good and valuable consideratio to him id, ceip of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this ay of 1980,
releases from the lien of that mortgage, t real rty in that County
described as:

and an undivided 1/39th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to
the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other
provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of OCEAN
HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Records
