DOCKS and JOAN R. DOC1Q;, his wife b~ whose post office address is: 4024 Jefferson Street, Hollywood, FL 33021 hereinafter called Grantee. WITNESSETH: n That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and /1 other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which fs hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the Grantee and the ~ Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property, situate, lying and being described in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~ i A Condominium parcel designated as Unit No. 612 of OCEAN HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM A, according to the Declaration thereof recorded September 11, 1980, in Official Record Book 338, page 1356, and Amendment thereto, recorded September.l6, 1980, in Official Record Book 338, page 2310, all in St. Lucie County, Florida, public records. TOGETHER WITH all fixtures and appliances located therein, and TOGETHER .WITH all of its appurtenances according to said Declaration of Condominium, including but not limited to an undivided 1/39 share in the conmon elements thereof and together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong- ing or in anywise appertaining. This conveyance is made subject to the following: • i 1. Real estate taxes for the year 1980 and subsequent years, and applicable zoning regulations and ordinances; 2. All of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set .forth and contained in the~Declaration of Condominium and all instruments therein referred tos 3.
