AC1Q~lOWLEDGI~NT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance aril execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration c+f Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions= the Grantee acknowledges and aRgrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable= the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security .for his obligations
as described fn said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Gr~tee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits end
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their harms and seals this
