ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT pp

Know all men of these present, in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration this date paid. to the undersigned by Sherman
Cole and Flora Cole, his wife, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge by
Sherman Cole and Flora Cole, his wife, do hereby assign, convey and transfer
to the said Sherman Cole and Flora Cole, his wife all their rights exsisting
under and by virtue of that certain ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT between Richard C.
Lockhart and E. Francis Lockhart, his wife as seller and the said Peter Cole,
a single adult, buyer, dated Febuary 26, 1976 and recorded in O.R. Book 249,
Page 887 of the Public Records, which has subsequently been assigned to Sherman
Cole, of St. Lucie County, Florida, and FURTHER, that the said 1
Peter Cole does by these presents, re~it, release and Quit Claim to
the said Sherman Cole and Flora Cole, his wife, all their right, title, interest
and equity in and to: ~

Lot 9, Block 4, FORT PIERCE HIGHLANDS, UNIT ONE, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 29,
of the Public Records of St.-Lucie County, Florida.
