May 30, 2001 and date stamped received by the St. Lucie Cz mty Community
Development Director on June 11,2001, subject to the following onditions:
1. The approval granted through this Planned non-residential development are
specifically conditioned and limited to operation of a real estate ¢ :ice only, any other
