The Plaintiff, C.E.M. ENTERPRISES, INC., d/b/a SUNSHINE
PAINTING, and the Defendant, HARVEY LOVETT, in the above-styled 4
cause, by and through their undersigned attorneys, stipulate
as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff, C.E.M. ENTERPRISES, INC., d/b/a
SUNSHINE PAINTING, be given leave to amend its
