O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard upon a Motion to require
the parties to submit to a paternity test, and the Court being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND AJUDGED AS FOLLOWS;
1. That Deborah Ann Byerly and Steven Rogers be, and
hereby ordered to submit themselves to a. test to deterreine the
paternity~of a minor child which is the subject of this paternity
action, on December 2, 1980, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., or there soon
thereafter as possible, at Shands Hospital, 1400 Southwest Archer

Road, Gainesville, Florida.

2. This Court reserves jurisdiction that the parties

I to enter into such further orders as may be nei~ary and proper.
